SmarTrack S5 D-iD Tracker

SmarTrack S5 D-ID Tracker has been tested to the Thatcham S5 standard. The device operates using GPS/GLONASS, GPRS and GSM technology. Having an internal battery backup, the device can remain operational even when the vehicle’s power supply is removed. The device also monitors the battery voltage level and ignition status. Should any alerts be raised, Global Telemetrics will contact you regarding the safety of your vehicle.

As well as working with all local and national police forces, Global Telemetrics use independent repatriation investigators around the world to help recover vehicles. These teams have extensive local knowledge and can assist in the recovery of our customers’ vehicles.

Driver ADR (Automatic Driver Recognition) System

A requirement of the S5 Thatcham criteria is that the device must be accompanied by a system which is used to verify the driver of the vehicle is an authorised user.

D-iD - Via GTE App:

For the minimalist that doesn’t want to carry tags and cards and would like to self-authenticate the vehicle's safety. Push notifications will be sent through GTE Track when movement is detected within the vehicle. If safe users can dismiss or ignore the notification. If suspicious users can press SOS and be contacted immediately.
